Something brewing in Ancoats: Progress on Seven Bro7hers craft beer bar

4 November 2015 by Lucy Lovell

Seven Bro7hers brewery has been granted planning permission for its debut craft beer bar, according to Manchester City Council's website.

The family run brewery look set to open their first bar at 31 Blossom Street, on Cutting Room Square, Ancoats.

The seven siblings grew up in Salford, inspired their father brewing in the cellar and opened their brewery at Salford Quays last June.

The team had hoped to open the bar in July, as Seven Bro7hers told Taste earlier this year.

While there's still lots of work to be done, it's a stones throw from TOM HQ, so we're keeping our fingers crossed that Seven Bro7hers will be open before Christmas.

Heralded as the new food hub of Manchester, the craft beer bar will join the likes of Ancoats Coffee Co, Rudy's Pizza and the Cutting Room in the growing troupe of independent eateries in the area.
