As the sun sets on summer at Spinningfields, InBloom bar is changing. After providing a social setting for sunny evenings, InBloom is transforming into the cosy new Hibernate retreat. Located on the edge of The Lawns in Spinningfield's Hardman Square, Hibernate will provide a log cabin vibe for the pedestrianised business district. Just beside the famous ice rink, guests can watch the action from the reclaimed timber booths inside, or cosy up by the fire pit outside. A new food and drink menu will be announced shortly, and the opening hours are noon - 11pm weekdays, and until midnight at weekends.
