If you've yet to check out FENIX, the high-end contemporary Greek-Mediterranean restaurant that opened in Manchester late last year, then now is as better time as any to get yourself booked in and it has just unveiled a new series of events, named 'Rise', bringing immersive sounds, flowing drinks and Mediterranean flavours to the city.
Kicking off this weekend on Saturday 22nd of June from 12-4pm to celebrate the Summer Solstice, the new series of monthly events will pay tribute to the sun, inspired by sun-kissed afternoons and golden hour moments. The transportive events will invoke the magic of Mykonos, known for its epic all-day experiences.
And if you fancy yourself a bit of a Mezcal maestro then you'll be spoilt for choice with three exclusive cocktails created with Bandida Balnco, Solstice Margarita with apricot and hickory, Mykonian Rickey with oregano, London Essence Ginger Ale, greenery and ‘Yamas’ with strawberry, raspberry and Rooibos tea. Guests can also opt for a drinks package which will include all three cocktails for £35.
The exclusive Rise Set Menu will feature plates such as Sea Bass Fillet with grilled chard and Rib-eye flamed to perfection on the grill will be served alongside Spicy Grilled Meatballs and Fried Calamari.
The renowned Mezcal makers, Bandida, will also be bringing their very own DJ collective, Konflict, bringing the best beats to soundtrack the evening for FENIX's Moonlight Parties starting from 7pm.
The first Rise event will take place on 22nd June at 12pm and will continue on every last Saturday of the month throughout the Summer.
