In association with the Yang Sing, MFDF is taking you on a magical gourmet tour of Manchester's Chinatown. In line with their ethos to encourage people to try new gourmet delights, the night promises to entertain and inform diners about this charming district of Manchester.
Diners meet up at the Pagoda at the heart of Chinatown, then follow a trail round three key culinary venues, where your guide will explain the history and introduce you to the tastes of Chinese food and tea.
Afterwards, diners will be greeted by a drinks reception in the world famous Yang Sing, which will be followed by a gourmet dinner in their private dining room, centred on local sourced produce and the varied traditions of Chinatown.
