TATTU Restaurant and Bar, latest glamorous arrival in Spinningfields distric, is launching two new lunch menus.
Diners will be able to choose one of three set menu options from the ‘Express Lunch’ menu priced at £18 per person (each option includes four dishes). As a lighter alternative, there is also the ‘Dim Sum Lunch’ menu, which invites diners to choose a combination of two (£12), three (£17) or four (£21) dim sum and small plates from a selection of 18 dishes.
Examples from the ‘Express Lunch’ set menus include traditional favourites such Tom Yam seafood soup and crispy shredded beef, combined with contemporary flavours in the form of wasabi scallop dumplings, chicken truffle shumai and duck egg and sausage fried rice.
The Dim Sum selection will feature waygu beef puff, char siu sou and pumpkin pie, alongside signature dim sum from the restaurant’s main menu such as the beef and foie gras gyoza (pictured).
Both menus will be available alongside the full a la carte menu Monday-Friday, 12pm-2:30pm. The ‘Dim Sum Lunch’ menu will also be available 12pm-5pm on weekends. To book call 0161 819 2060 or visit www.tattu.co.uk.
