Thaikhun is a new Thai operation in Spinningfields selling everything from satay chicken skewers to chicken balls, deep fried honey pork to beef red curry, banquets to share for two and spicy salads. The restaurant chain is inspired by Bangkok's lively street food scene and the cool decor nods to these influences and a contemporary setting in the heart of Manchester's Spinningfields. Cocktails are a strength too, with the likes of 'My Thai' and a coconut mojito offering twists on the classics. Take a look for yourself, as the first restaurant from the group behind Chaophraya is now open. Another branch is set to follow in Aberdeen in summer 2014.
