FIVE of Spinningfields’ – and Manchester’s – finest restaurants are joining forces on Sunday, September 20, to create a unique dining tour, the Rotating Menu.
For £80 a head diners will get an international culinary journey, stopping off at Manchester House, Ibérica, Australasia, Fazenda (pictured above) and The Alchemist to eat a dish at each specially created for the Rotating Menu. The city’s current restaurant of the year Manchester House, usually closed on Sunday, is opening its doors specially.
It’s a carefully choreographed event with guests guided from location to location along The Avenue – the sequence is being kept a secret to heighten the anticipation. With only 20 tickets per rotation and only five rotations scheduled, the dining tours will begin from 1pm and continue throughout the day.
