Good news for the brunch crowd as Chotto Matte Manchester, the city's biggest restaurant, has announced the launch of its brand-new 'terrazza' brunch menu, available every Saturday and Sunday from 11 am until 3 pm.
The new menu creatively reimagines classic brunch favourites with a signature Nikkei twist.
Standout dishes include the indulgent Truffled Scrambled Eggs, served atop crispy sushi toast with robata bacon, yuzu and jalapeno cheese, while the Yuzu French Toast brings a sweet twist with berry compote, miso crumble and a shiso cress. The Duck & Pancake pairs confit duck leg with orange maple syrup, pomegranate and salsa criolla on a fluffy pancake.
Seafood lovers can opt for the Sushi Doughnuts, featuring salmon, yellowtail, tuna, avocado and ikura, or the Smoked Salmon Tostada, layered with avocado, black tobiko caviar and crema. For something heartier, the Crispy Chicken Baked Croissant Sando combines crispy chicken with robata bacon, orange maple syrup, pomegranate and coriander for a new take on the brunch sandwich.
Designed for sharing, the showstopping Tomahawk Eggs Benedict, serving two or three guests, offers a centrepiece for the table which can be ordered with sides including Robata Bacon and Loaded Tater Tots.
To accompany the menu, Chotto Matte has created a drinks selection perfect for long weekend afternoons. Signature serves include the refreshing Sake Sangria, the spicy Bloody Maria, and the Watermelon Cooler, alongside freshly blended smoothies and brewed coffee.
The Chotto Matte Manchester weekend brunch will launch on 1st August and is available every Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 3 pm.
