Grand Pacific is officially BACK and it’s serving up a brand-new chapter for one of Manchester’s most iconic dining spots.
Housed in the historic Liberal Reform Club building, this city centre gem has long been known for its opulent interiors and globetrotting menu. Now, it’s stepping into a new era, with a refreshed concept that puts British heritage and nostalgia at its heart, while giving the classics a modern twist.
To mark the relaunch, diners can get 50% off a la carte dining from 8th–20th September - the perfect excuse to be among the first to experience the transformation. (Just use the code GRAND50 when booking online!)
The new menu is all about elevated comfort food made with locally sourced ingredients. Expect starters like Confit Duck Leg Bon Bons with black garlic and burnt blood orange aioli, or a Grand Pacific Scotch Egg with bacon jam and celeriac remoulade.
For mains, think whole roasted Cornish lemon sole with brown shrimp, Lakeland lamb Provençal with seasonal veg, and even grilled lobster thermidor for a true showstopper. And for dessert? Go old-school with a Manchester Trifle with Vimto jelly, or opt for a theatrical finish with a flambéed Crêpe Suzette, served tableside.
There’s more to come too - the restaurant’s signature high tea is getting an upgrade, and Sundays will see a refined roast menu featuring dry-aged sirloin, corn-fed chicken, and free-range porchetta.
Grand Pacific officially reopens to the public on 8th September, and with 50% off for two weeks only, it’s the perfect time to rediscover this Manchester favourite.
