The biggest Bury BID Food and Drink Festival to date is back this weekend, serving up three days packed with street food, live music, artisan shopping and family-friendly fun across the town centre.
Running from Friday 24 July to Sunday 26 July, the annual festival is returning for its third year, bringing together more than 70 food and drink traders, local breweries, independent makers and a packed entertainment line-up.
The festivities kick off on Friday evening with Beers & Bands on Bank Street from 6 pm, where live music meets local pints and plenty of great food to ease everyone into the weekend.
From Saturday, the town centre transforms into one giant open-air food hall. The Rock will be filled with everything from Latin-inspired dishes by La Puerta Roja and authentic Turkish favourites from Istanbul's Kitchen, to tacos from El Dorado Taqueria, New York-style slices from Fratelli Della Pizza, alongside sweet treats, cocktails, ice cream and bakes from the likes of The Secret Garden Drinks Ltd, Cocktail Cartel, Mr Whippy and Anna's Bakery.
Over in Kay Gardens, the much-loved Hong Kong Market returns with more than 50 independent traders celebrating Hong Kong and East Asian culture. Expect Taiwanese fried chicken, dumplings, sushi tacos, noodles and bubble tea from The Tea Corner, plus independent makers including Kayztyle 其一文創, known for its decorative washi tape, handmade leather notebooks and iPhone cases.
The world-famous Bury Market will also be open throughout the festival, welcoming shoppers on Friday from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm.

The Bury BID Food and Drink Festival is free to attend, making it one of Greater Manchester's best value weekends out for anyone who likes their street food served with a side of live music.
