CHAMPAGNE and seafood is the perfect marriage – and it will be consummated by Perrier Jouet and the Northern Quarter Restaurant and Bar on Wednesday, September 30.
The iconic Champagne house is the latest high profile winemaker to join forces with the Northern Quarter’s finest dining venue for a gourmet night of food and wine matching. And this one promises to be the most special yet.
A six course tasting menu evised by chef Anthony Fielden showcasing Loch Duart Salmon, Brixham Crab, Oysters and Scallop Ceviche. The dishes will be paired with Perrier Jouet’s prestigious Blason Rose, Grand Brut and highly acclaimed Belle-Époque vintage Champagne.
