Top local Chefs Take over the Deliveroo Kitchen at Manchester Food and Drink Fest

26 August 2015

Deliveroo will be taking over a food stall at the Manchester Food and Drink Festival Hub, bringing a range of exclusive Deliveroo dishes to the Festival over the first weekend from the 11-13 September.

The stall will be manned by local chefs including Iain Devine, aka the Drunken Butcher, and Dirty Dogs, who will be creating exclusive menus - a different one for each day of the festival - which will be available for visitors to the festival to buy.

For those unlucky few who can’t make it to the Hub, Deliveroo are determined that even a strict work deadline won’t stop you enjoying what’s on offer. Anyone located in the city centre will have the chance to order the menu items from the Deliveroo online platform, which can be delivered to your office or home by their drivers.

As well as the food, Deliveroo will have samples of beer made specially by the Hyde based Tweed Brewery, which they have lovingly named 'Deliverbrew'.

A percentage of the proceeds, both taken at the festival and online, will be donated to the official festival charity partner, Action Against Hunger.

Deliveroo recently announced the release of their new app, and have expanded their service to South Manchester to cover Chorlton and Didsbury.
