SELFRIDGES welcomes Matthew Fort and Tom Parker-Bowles to its Trafford Centre store for tastings of the new Mr Trotter's Jalapeno Chilli flavoured Great British pork crackling.
The British pork treat is the creation of food writer Tom Parker Bowles, BBC2 Great British Menus judge Matthew Fort and Cotswold farmer Rupert Ponsonby, who launched Mr Trotters Original in Selfridges in November 2011.
Since then, the boys have been travelling far and wide to look for new flavours. Hence the Mexican jalapeño, a medium hot chilli with a sharp bite,to add kick to their superior version of the traditional pork snack.
To celebrate the launch of the new Jalapeno Chilli flavour, on Tuesday, July 9 at 4pm until 6.30pm, Parker-Bowles and Fort will be hosting a tasting session in Selfridges food hall.
