A NEW monthly night is launching at Ancoats’ Edinburgh Castle, which involves a blind tasting menu based around locally foraged produce and exclusive trial dishes. 
‘Trust the Chefs’ will launch on Tuesday, March 3 with a blind five-course tasting menu inspired by locally foraged ingredients, seasonal produce and based on the culinary passions of the chefs within the kitchen. 
On the first Tuesday of every month head chef Julian Pizer aand his team will be getting creative in the kitchen with this secret menu. Each dish will also be presented personally by the chefs, talking through their thought processes and why they want it to be featured on the menu. 
For £60 per person, to include a welcome drink, this is a one-sitting experience at 7pm that allows you to get a taste for the creativity in the kitchen. Each dish will explore the best seasonal produce and new cuts of meat from the local butcher. Booking is essential; email [email protected] to secure your place.
