Vermilion Indian Food Festival throughout February
Vermilion is famous for both Thai cuisine and authentic Indian food. This is being showcased throughout February as the Indian Food Festival features regional cuisine from across India from the bustling cities to rural Karnataka and Punjab.
From Kolkata try Nizam Roll, a seekh kebab rolled in a thin romali roti â classic street food while Mumbai provides the spicy sour potato dish, Aloo Koliwada. Dum Machhi Kotmiri is another Mumbai delicacy. Here tilapia is marinated with lime, fresh coriander and mint then steamed.
Prawns are a Vermilion speciality. Parent company Seamark are Britainâs foremost processor and exporter, providing the freshest raw materials bringing that special something to Delhi speciality gently spiced prawn dish Jhunga Hara Masala which is cooked in green masala.
