CHORLTON can lay a strong claim to being the vegan capital of the North West. Stray into Unicorn Grocery on a Saturday afternoon and you can’t move for folk piling kohlrabi and tofu into parsnip-emblazoned canvas bags.
So it seems an appropriate venue for the Vegan Organic Network’s Manchester Vegan Fair 2017 this Saturday (May 27), which promises to be a jolly family-friendly event in the grounds of Oswald Road School.
