Viet Shack is a new Vietnamese-street-food-inspired outlet in the Manchester Arndale Food Market. And although it has been open less than a month, dishes like summer rolls (look out for veggie, meat loaf and other options) and wraps are selling out well before mid afternoon each day. They also sell their fusion style Viet Dogs among other dishes plus 'coolers' made with fruit, herbs and honey including mint and lemon and mint and raspberry for between £1 and £1.20.
