WAH! Asian fusion burgers at Manchester's Vermilion Restaurant

8 April 2014

Vermilion, the upmarket Asian fusion restaurant and bar complex in East Manchester is serving something different from its usual Thai and Indian dishes every Tuesday. Each week, intrepid diners can enjoy a nattily titled WAH burger - or fusion burger. The idea is to add spice to this popular fast food favourite, and for one night each week, Asian-influenced burgers and hot dogs will be served alongside their Stateside counterparts in a kind of gourmet battle. This is real, fast food - and the proof of the burger is in the eating. Watch this space for a new 'street food' project under the same moniker.
