MOJO Manchester has reopened with a new look bar and updated cocktail menu. So the legendary rock’n’roll vibe has vanished? No way. You don’t drop such a winning formula (drinks, service and soundtrack) after two decades, first in Leeds and later in Manchester.
Over the years this first floor bar on Bridge Street has hosted parties for rock’s finest – including Foo Fighters and Elbow – and featured in an episode of Coronation Street.
For the relaunch they have seriously pumped up the cocktail menu, adding in whipped cream, sparkles and *actual* fruit on fire courtesy of the staff being equipped with blow torches, as well as Oreos, boozy sugar cubes – and much more.
To celebrate Mojo is offering one free portion of chicken wings per person with their first (alcoholic) drink of the day (offer only available before 9pm). Or choose a veggie alternatives such as Tayto Tots and Mac Balls.

Raspberry Beret: In homage to the great purple one and his tunes which are essential for any party, this one includes Absolut Raspberry, Chambord Liqueur, lemon juice and raspberry puree.
Hurricane: El Dorado 5yr Old Rum, Diplomatico Mantuano, passion fruit and grenadine, shaken with lime and orange juices. Served tall with a Voodoo Doll and a flaming Wray & Nephew lime
BMW: Baileys: Malibu and Jameson Whiskey, with milk and cream. Now served with oodles of whipped cream and a Coconut Oreo.
