YO! Sushi celebrates nearly 10 years at the Selfridges Trafford Centre this week with a new look and a new menu that showcases the latest flavours and trends straight from Japan. And we're getting it a full month before anywhere else in the UK.
The Japanese inspired restaurant opened in Manchester back in 2004 and having won the UK over with its fresh Japanese fare, its time for a new menu. But it's not totally out with the old at YO!. The iconic conveyor belt is still home to tuna sashimi and YO! Rolls as well as new options such as chicken kara age , popcorn shrimp tempura and duck and hoisin salad.
