Slow Food comes to Chorlton this Monday night when two of the movementâs pioneers join forces to present a three course Slow Food feast at the Electriks bar.
Julie Bagnoli is a low carbon chef and champion of sustainable food. She has been owner of two award-winning restaurants â Palmiro & Isinglass. Her accolades have included Newcomer of the Year 2001, Les Routiers British Restaurant of the Year 2002. Chef of the Year 2005, Young Chef of Year 2007 and Metrolife NW Restaurant of the Year 2006. Alongside Julie is Jenny Cole, a rising star who has been quietly making a name for herself as head chef at popular Chorlton eaterie The Parlour.
