Celebrating Manchesters cocktail scene, the UKs largest ever cocktail master class is taking place in the grandiose surroundings of the Great Hall, Manchester Town Hall this Thursday, with tickets priced just £10. Fans will find Manchester favourites like The Whiskey Jar, Whim Wham Cafe and Proof at this fun, friendly event which saw more than 1,500 cocktails made. Attractions include practical cocktail making demonstrations and food from Almost Famous with a soundtrack courtesy of Danielle (Crazy P) and Neil Diablo of El Diablos Social Club.
- 7pm: Making cocktails at home How to make amazing cocktails from common ingredients at home.
- 8pm: Sours, Punches and Flips Get to grips with three distinctive styles of cocktails and get creative with them.
- 9pm: A very British affair A selection of very British cocktails using some of Britains best boutique spirits
