Young star chef comes to Park Inn

Visit Manchester’s next Young Star Chef event will be hosted by Park Inn Manchester Victoria on Thursday, September 24, featuring Roman Schneider.

Hand picked by head chef Andy Green as a star of the future, Roman has been challenged to devise his own signature menu and lead the kitchen during service.

Roman’s exquisite menu promises to live up to expectations kicking off with organic chicken liver parfait with port infused fruit chutney and handmade brioche followed by salmon and cod spring roll and crispy caper salad with pickled shitake mushrooms.

The main dish of slow cooked Cheshire sirloin will be followed by a delightful assiette of desserts and freshly brewed tea and coffee served with chef’s sweet petit fours.

Park Inn is offering this five course menu plus a complimentary glass of wine for an incredible £20 per head for one night only.

Young Star Chef evenings are intended to showcase the talents and achievements of upcoming chefs working in Greater Manchester. They are a great opportunity to support chefs working in the local industry and celebrate their success.
