Caffe Grande Piccolino is The Individual Restaurant Group's city centre outpost (it also has branches in Hale, Didsbury, Bramhall, Alderley Edge, Knutsford and further afield.)
It has a wonderful central site, right by Manchester Town Hall and an alfresco terrace overlooking Albert Square.
Inside, the opulent restaurant seats 200 guests, matching imported Italian marble with English oak, antique brass and oversized handmade chandeliers. The restaurant menu offers ‘all day every day, dining’ , and you'll also find a wine boutique, a cocktail bar, an international juice bar called The Juicery, a 'theatre' grill, pizzeria, an oyster & caviar bar, and a Harrods style food hall. Oh and the inspiration for the striking light blue leather upholstery cane from the famous Italian yacht builder Riva. The Italian food offering is paired with one of the city’s best wine lists.
