This famous pub which attracts tourists and locals in equal measure offers thanks to a cosy setting to get to know some of the region’s finest beer and ales. Moorhouse's Premier is a regular beer on tap, and the same brewery’s Pride of Pendle is the house bestseller. Other favourite brewers change all the time but might include Hornbeam and Glossop’s Howard Town. Awards include CAMRA LocAle awards in 2013 and 2014 for promoting locally brewed beer.
