The cafe, bakery and (mini) grocers opened in 2018 in a former a music shop on Manchester Road.
Owner Maya Rigby, previously worked with cake wonders Wolfhouse Kitchen in Altrincham Market and Mackie Mayor. Before that, she worked at Didsbury’s highly acclaimed The Rose Garden.
Feed’s general store provides kitchen cupboard and fridge essentials such as locally grown fruit and vegetables from local co-operative Organic North, cheese and milk, bread from Lovingly Artisan. A daytime menu offers organic, local, fresh dishes to eat in or take away but on a Friday and Saturday evenings, ‘Feed At Night’, offers a more sophisticated menu of main dishes.
Through the ground floor windows you can spot the large open kitchen and a cabinet packed with tempting brownies and cakes - Make sure you leave some room for dessert.
