This brand new vegan pizza joint, opened in the former NQ Earth Café site at the beginning of 2021. The pizza is Detroit-style which means it has a rectangular shaped almost focaccia-like base that has been slow-proved for 72 hours. Toppings are 100% vegan (including the ‘mozza’) and have been pushed into the corners of the heavy-duty baking tin to form a delicious melty crust.
The owners are also behind Plant Grill, the vegan street food stall at Mayfield depot’s ‘Escape to Freight Island’ and have worked hard to successfully create plant-based versions of traditional pizza toppings such as pepperoni and spicy n’duja.
Four Side Pizza are available for takeout/on Deliveroo but are currently operating a pop-up restaurant on the terrace of Chorlton’s Elektrik Bar.
