The new West Didsbury bar aims to reflect seasonality in its food offering and to be serious about its beers (Saison is Belgian/French ale style). An offshoot of Chorlton’s Dulcimer, it promises to be a quality addition to the burgeoning Burton Road food and drink scene.

The bar is offering 16 beers on keg and four cask plus a roster of 40 different bottles, locally from the likes of First Chop, Blackjack, Runaway, Track and Squawk with beers from further afield from such as Danish gypsy brewer Mikkeler and San Diego’s Stone.
