The Blue Pig Bar, an illustrious drinking hole situated right in the heart of Manchester’s fabulous Northern Quarter.

Carefully crafted cocktails are their speciality featuring many of the well known (and lesser known) spirits that cram the shelves behind the bar; from fine aged exotic rums & unusual small batch gins to flavour filled vodkas & fancy tequilas; from single malt whiskies to family-owned liqueurs, sippers, snifters, aperitif & digestifs... Craft beers have a big part to play in The Blue Pig's revelling repertoire as do some fantastic local real ales - they also have a cracking wine list.

Their food is not to be sniffed at either – revelling in all things meaty and luscious, plus treats for the non-carnivores amongst us too. They claim to serve the best roast dinners on the planet, so Sundays are a bit of an occasion not to be missed.
