Current Manchester Food and Drink Awards Food Pub of the Year, there’s an in-house brewery in the cellar and a raft of local guest ales in the traditional bar; and don’t miss the amazing Technicolor tiles in the top floor loos. This Bury gamechanger is all down to owner Lee Hollinworth, who started his campaign to bring big city cool to Bury with his Automatic Cafe and Malt Real Ale Bar, showcasing ace cocktails and craft beer without over-hipstering the whole enterprise. Gary Rhodes protege Liam Rutherford's bar food matches  his a la carte and there’s an excellent wine list, too. A gem.
