The original Vertigo in the Royal Exchange building has a larger sibling on Jack Rosenthal Street opposite HOME on First Street which has a covered and heated marquee for outside dining. A third site opened at MediaCity in 2020.
The formula is the same – Vertigo is a plant-based eatery serving fully vegan breakfast, lunch and dinner menus as well as a selection of cakes. Drinks include coffee, juices, local beers and natural wines.
Popular dishes include the mezze board with falafel, beetroot hummus and olives or the hearty plant-based Sunday lunch featuring a main course of braised seitan and a mushroom bourguignon pie - all served with the trimmings including Vertigo's signature cauliflower cheeze.
