Glamorous Cheshire venue for Victor Yu's cutting edge take on classic Chinese cuisine, honed at the family's original restaurant in the Ribble Valley, Yu and You. The bar sets the scene, offering cocktails with an Eastern twist like the YuTini, with Ophir spiced gin, Cointreau, lime and grapefruit bitters. A signature dish is the deconstructed duck pancakes, where the duck breast is poached in stock and then sliced thinly, while the skin is fried separately in duck fat to give a crispy crackling, served on the side.
