CitySuites and CitySuites II

Manchester’s swish aparthotels are offering a 2-night luxury weekend package in celebration of Mother’s Day. The offer is available exclusively over Mother’s Weekend, Friday 25th March to Sunday 27th and are subject to availability.

The Mother’s Day weekend packages include extras like a complimentary room upgrade, free parking, a bottle of chilled prosecco in the room on arrival, plus a complimentary breakfast at Embankment Kitchen. Both CitySuites and CitySuites II benefit from serene pool areas where guests can unwind after a spot of retail therapy (it’s just a stone's throw from Harvey Nichols) or take a dip in the 18-metre pool. CitySuites II also has a steam-room.

On Sunday 27th March, Embankment Kitchen is offering a special Mother’s Day three-course “I Got It From My Mama” menu, curated by Head Chef Marika Healey. The menu includes pan fried king prawns, goats’ cheese and pickled leek terrine, and sauteed wild garlic mushrooms to start. Follow this with chargrilled 5oz rump steak, baked cod fillet, pan-roasted corn-fed chicken, or the plant-based option of roast vegetable Wellington. Finish with a sweet sticky Toffee Pudding, or end on a lighter note with white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake or a smooth vegan coconut mango panna cotta.
