Caribbean restaurant and bar Turtle Bay to open at Salford Quays

With two restaurants in Manchester city centre already, Turtle Bay will be bringing their soulful Caribbean-inspired menu to Salford this August.The brand new 180-cover restaurant at Salford Quays will be the third Turtle Bay to open in Greater Manchester. 


Jerk fans will be able to enjoy tropical cocktails and reggae beats inside the brand’s trademark beach shack-style restaurant or on the site’s beautiful waterside terrace overlooking world class arts centre The Lowry. The new venue has been designed to suit everything from drinks with the squad to date nights and family dinners.

Turtle Bay’s all day food menu boasts a wide selection of Caribbean soul food and grazing options. From island-inspired breakfast dishes to the jerk pit barbecue, buddha bowls and small plates there’s something for all tastes and occasions. There are plenty of vegan and vegetarian options as well as vegan cocktails too.


Salford Quays customers will also be able to enjoy Turtle Bay’s delicious rum-based cocktails every single day as part of their 2-4-1 offer. Happy Hour runs from 10am-7pm daily, with a Late Happy Hour from 9:30pm Sunday-Thursday and from 10pm Friday and Saturday. 

Turtle Bay’s famous Bottomless Brunch will also be available at the new site; a two-hour long Caribbean cocktail and brunching experience, including unlimited tropical cocktails, mocktails, Red Stripe and prosecco. 


Turtle Bay Salford will create 60 new jobs so is also looking for people to join the team. A range of positions are available both front and back of house. To find our more, click HERE
