Known for its late-night parties, selection of world beers, bespoke cocktails and American style chilli dogs, Salt Dog Slims is hoping to be the Mancunian night spot for everything from post-work drinks to weekend celebrations.
It’s likely that the city's bartenders will be propping up the late-night bar after their shift, joined by those who keen to take advantage of the bar’s extra opening hours. The bartender's choice playlist will provide the background sound featuring everything from indie anthems to absolute bangers.
Signature cocktails include Salt Dog Millionaire (£10) made with Bacardo, sloe gin and apricot and the fruity Pink Panther (£7.50) made with Bombay Dry, Pineapple, margo and citrus. A selection of beers, alcopops and shots are also on the drinks menu.
Food-wise, they've kept it simple with hot dogs although there are meat, veggie and vegan options to choose from.
Thanks to Salt Dog Slims’ own beer vending machine, there’s no need to `queue at the bar. There’s also a graffiti wall for partygoers to pose in front of as well as plenty of booths and bookable spaces for group parties. They will also be offering cocktail masterclasses for those who would like to learn how to make their favourite drinks.
This will be the latest opening for Graffiti Spirits Group who are also behind Livepool venues Santa Chupito’s, El Bandito, Slim’s, Bold Street Coffee, Maluco Pizza and Duke Street Market.
