Raw chocolate tasting with Bonbon Chocolate Boutique

JOIN bean-to-bar chocolatiers Forever Cacao and the team behind the Northern Quarter’s Bonbon Chocolate Boutique for an interactive evening of chocolate tasting and decadent indulgence at Teacup on Thomas Street on Thursday, June 13.

Chief chocolatier at Forever Cacao Pablo Spaull will guide attendees through the raw chocolate process, and the challenges faced sourcing an ethical, sustainable cocoa supply with an indigenous tribe in Peru.

He’ll then demonstrate how raw chocolate can be used in some delicious desserts, and attendees will have the chance to get their hands mucky making raw chocolate brownies.

The session will close with a Q & A, and guests will leave with some chocolates to enjoy at home.
