Renowned chef Robert Owen Brown joins a new dining experience in Manchester

A new occasional dining experience in Manchester combining great food from renowned chef Robert Owen Brown matched with stunning wines.

After the great success of the Gourmet Club meal at The Parsonage, Robert and team are back with another fantastic Gourmet Evening planned for Saturday 10th May at the ground breaking Biospheric Project in Salford.
The menu will be six courses of locally sourced, fresh produce with amazing wines to complement each dish chosen by wine expert Nathan Fiske of Springwell Wines. The menu and wine choices can be seen here.

As well as amazing food and great drinks, there will be a tour of The Biospheric Project and you will be able to learn about the brilliant work they do there. On the banks of the river Irwell this former print works is now home to an urban farm and research centre located in Irwell House East Philips Street in Salford, just a stone’s throw from the centre of Manchester. On the tour you will be able to see where some of the food you will be eating on the night has grown and been sourced from…That’s how fresh and local the menu is.
