TAMPOPO, Pan Asian restaurant, have launched a new evolution of their menu, to include a new ‘small plates’ range.
Customers will now be able to select from a beautiful range of street-snack style dishes to taste and share (or not!) representing cuisine from 6 countries, all famed for their incredible flavours and food culture.
The
restaurant is gearing up to re-launch its Corn Exchange restaurant with a whole
new look, style and dining experiences. There’ll be a stand alone bar, a new
cocktail menu, private dining… and of
course the new small plates menu, developed in collaboration with Jackie Kearney, former Masterchef finalist and Chorlton-based supper club and pop-up guru.
The Corn Exchange restaurant will officially open on December 4. Check out our recent lowdown on the self styled foodie hub in our recent article here.
Inspired by travels to Sumatra in Indonesia, the home of Padang food, the creation of the new small plates will enable customers to try more dishes to share or to have just for themselves. New dishes joining Tampopo classics such as Japanese Pork Gyosa Dumplings and Malaysian Satay Chicken include Japanese Style Sticky Wings, Thai Mussels Tom Yam Style and Mini Singaporean Laksa Soup.
