Award-winning chocolatier, Cocoa Cabana in Ancoats, has revealed that they’ll be running a limited-edition Manchester-themed hot chocolate menu from next week. This to celebrate the 24th Manchester Food and Drink Festival annual take-over of the city from the 16th - 27th of September (read more about that, HERE.)

The limited-edition menu includes four very special hot chocolates, marking the very best things Manchester is known for, whilst celebrating the thriving food and drink scene in the city. Each hot chocolate is an indulgent affair, made using Cocoa Cabana’s secret house blend.

The one-of-a-kind destination is famous across the North West as a self-proclaimed chocolate palace, serving handmade chocolates, indulgent cakes, and no less than 25 different types of hot chocolate finished off with delicious toppings such as homemade award-winning salted caramel.

By day, Cocoa Cabana Ancoats operates as a chocolatier and tearoom, serving their famous chocolate afternoon tea, breakfast, brunch, bottomless afternoon tea, gorgeous cakes, sweet treats, hot drinks and boozy offerings including chocolate cocktails.

By night, Cocoa Cabana Ancoats is transformed into a decadent cocktail bar with a new seasonal cocktail menu including spritzers, choctails, summer coolers, and specials marked up on the chalk board. Every Saturday from 4pm, a DJ offers the perfect soundtrack to sipping sessions with a host of live music.

Cocoa Cabana Ancoats also hosts cocktail making classes, tasting nights and chocolate making classes for parties, occasions and corporate events.

The MFDF hot chocolate menu (available at the Ancoats branch for the duration of the MFDF (16th - 27th September) includes:
