Three Little Words, the stunning cocktail bar set in restored Grade-II* listed railway arches on Watson Street, reopened its doors this week – and they’ve been working on an amazing new cocktail menu.
Expectations are high, as the team is part of The Spirit of Manchester Distillery, so the new drinks list will feature heavily on their expertise and award-winning craft. The arches are also where every drop of Manchester Gin and their new rum, ‘One Eyed Rebel’ is made.
New tipples include Bonne & Clyde, a blueberry flavoured vodka-based drink made with house vanilla and honey syrup, and Caught in The Rain, a Pina Colada inspired exotic cocktail, finished with a rum-soaked toasted pineapple wedge skewer and pineapple leaves.

Three Little Words’ new signature cocktail 99 Problems (but this drink ain’t one) is a premium twist on an espresso martini, featuring Manchester Gin’s Signature Gin, combined with Amaretto and espresso, topped with salted caramel chocolate for the ultimate sweet treat.

To complement the cocktails, the kitchen team have come up with a creative selection of small plates designed for sharing, which will be served right up until 1am. There will be pork belly bon bons, beef sliders with cheddar and crispy bacon, charred king prawns with garlic butter and asparagus & dolcelatte arancini.
Desserts promise to hit the sweet spot, with a Summer Almond Tart topped with lemon sour cream and a classic sticky toffee pudding.

Three Little Words’ Sunday Roast will also be making a return, stacked with fluffy Yorkshire puddings, soaked in unlimited rich gravy. It will be part of the new offering at Feed the Soul Sundays–accompanied by live jazz, soul music and botanical cocktails.
As part of the reopening, Spirit of Manchester Gin Distillery, is christening 16 of its ‘Gin School’ copper stills by naming them after inspirational women. The team invited the public to put forward names and the chosen nominees will be revealed over the coming weeks.
The lucky names selected will remain on the stills forever and winners will also receive a gin-making masterclass for two and the opportunity to cut the red ribbon around their very own still at a naming ceremony.
In true Manchester spirit, the team at Three Little Words is looking forward to greater days ahead, the electric atmosphere of a bar full of guests out once again with special friends and family. Alongside the state-of-the-art distillery, guests can enjoy gin making experiences, tours and guided tastings from the team.
